Customer Support

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of patience and ability to diffuse escalated customer situations
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian, both written and spoken

It will be a plus:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical support role.
